Our organization identifies the current and future customer needs, meets the customer requirements and strives to exceed customer’s expectations. Our management ensures that the quality objectives are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization which are measurable and consistent with the quality policy. Our organization reviews the quality policy to ensure that it is appropriate to the organization, provides basis to develop quality objectives and is communicated as well as understood at all relevant functions and levels within the organization as well as available to relevant interested parties, as specified by the organization.
